Terrible check in experience. Was totally ignored and I stood there for 15mins, staff was walking back and forth with no acknowledgment to my existence. No smile, no I will be with you in a second. The receptionist Colin was so rude, when I gave them feedback, his solution was to argue with me, and said if he acknowledged me then I would approach him, so best not to acknowledge. Then he completed the check in process and walked off, left us standing there, without room key and passports. Another lady came over to give us our items and apologised. But there was no apologise from him and his manager who also took it lightly when we made a complaint to the hotel.
We travel a lot, but never experienced such service from an apparent luxury hotel. It’s not luxury at all, better off going to a more basic hotel that understands customer service. Definitely will not be visiting again.
