Truly an underwhelming hotel experience. Everything from the staff to overall cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. From the moment we entered the property the valet staff was ru Unaware and on their phone. No clear directions for self parking. When we go to the first room it qas very dirty, tub was old and moldy and shower head was rusted. Overall a very mediocre hotel stay at the Hilton. Would not recommend.

Room was only serviced twice during our 6 day stay. We had to request toilet paper because housekeeping came by so infrequently. When I asked the front desk if there was a particular housekeeping schedule that I was unaware of, they said no. Front desk also confirmed our room should have been serviced daily. Having to call the front desk for basics like towels and toilet paper regularly was the overarching highlight. On a positive note, the restaurant/bar downstairs was great. Food was delicious and so were the drinks. Overall, it was a decent stay. We stayed in the Hilton at Penn’s Landing about 10 years ago and had such a great experience we decided to stay here again. This time, our experience was average.
