Bathroom (bath), separate toilet. Garden with children's games (swing and slide) and large natural grounds (3000m²). Parking in front of the house (2 spaces). Traditional 18th century country farm renovated 8 km from Albertville and 25 km from the Crest Voland ski slopes. Charming typical village located on a south-facing plateau overlooking the valley in the heart of the Albertville countryside. Pleasant preserved natural setting of meadows and forests. Very calm. Beautiful unobstructed view of the massif and the village church. Charming typical village located in the countryside at the gates of the Massif des Bauges Regional Natural Park, 8 km from the center of Albertville (famous Olympic city, city of Art and History and its famous medieval city of Conflans) and 25 km of the slopes of the family resort of Crest Voland. Nordic cross-country skiing area in the heart of Val-Tamié, 21 km away, adjoining the famous Cistercian abbey of Tamié. Many other leading ski areas nearby: Arêches at 31 km, Hauteluce-Val-Joly/Contamines-Montjoie at 34 km (at the foot of Mont-Blanc), Les Saisies/Espace Diamant at 33 km.
