Spacious and Well-Located, but Needs Better Maintenance

The place is very spacious and comfortable, with 5 bedrooms, including one in the basement. The location is excellent, just 30 minutes from Breck, and there’s a supermarket nearby. However, the water heater doesn’t provide enough hot water for a 5-bedroom house, and some areas were quite dirty. There are too many items in the house, and many of them are not clean. It would be better to remove the extra items rather than keeping things that aren’t properly maintained.

Great location in the woods.

We had a great time at this property. The kitchen and living space suited us well. There were board games to fill our downtime. It is remote yet close to town and that’s what we were looking for.

Welcome place to acclimate!

We brought our team to the house to rest and acclimate on our trip to Western Colorado. The place was well stocked, had comfortable beds, plenty of room for all of us. The property manager did a great job communicating with us. We would stay here again.

This is a great place to run back and forth to Breckenridge without all of the craziness of a ski town. The property managers were very easy to work with and very responsive.
