Great property and was as it was described. We had an issue but it was resolved quickly. The area has very high winds but it has beautiful views. Most of the beds are hard except for a couple of them. Otherwise great stay with lots of space for the family.

The house is in good shape, only 20 minutes from Breckenridge. Plenty of towels and toiletries in the home. Host was responsive. Would stay here again.

We loved this place! The location was excellent, and the host was very welcoming. The house was perfect for our family of six plus two dogs—especially all the baby gates, which made it easy to keep the dogs contained. The hot tub was a big hit, and the neighbors were incredibly friendly. Our trips into Breckenridge were quick and easy, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We’d definitely stay here again!

The house worked well for our family of 9. The house was clean & beds were comfortable. Breckenridge was a short 20 minute drive away. The only negative being the hot tub did not work.

Memorial for Mellody Joy

We didn't know where we wanted to spread Mellody Joys ashes but knew we would find lovely places near Alma. We found a known field of flowers. The house was perfect had enough room in the main part for us all to gather, eat, play, games and enjoy one another. The down stairs was great area for kids to hangout. We thought the trails were great in the area to walk everyday.

Great place!

The location was gorgeous and the home very clean and as advertised. We fished right out the front door, hiked Quandry Peak 10 minutes away, drove to Buena Vista for a rafting trip and enjoyed a meal in Fairplay. We intended to visit Breckenridge, too, but ran out of time :) Will definitely consider coming back in the future.
