The room was large, the bed comfortable and the shower to die for, dogs and cats are welcome. They even brought our dog a pet package that included a very nice dog bed, a bowl, some CAT food, treats and a CAT toy. The cons - we were due to stay for 4 nights, we ended up staying 2. Our room was never cleaned, even though the 1st day I put the sign on the door requesting the room to be cleaned. the 2nd day I contacted the front desk to let them know we would be leaving and that the toilet was clogged and unusable. We came back about 4 hours later no cleaning and a clogged toilet. The front desk told me no notes on clogged toilet and they had until 5 pm to clean the rooms. The hotel was nowhere near busy. Other things to note - 5 floors and 2 very fast easy to access elevators. Ample parking with a nice parking garage. The rooms had windows that stretched the entire length of the room, but so did the rooms on the other side of the "U-shaped" hotel, so drapes needed to be drawn at sunset. The hotel stay should have been wonderful, but simple problems should have had simple solutions, but everyone, though very nice, seemed clueless on what to do.
