Holiday home in Villanueva de la Concepción, province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This 100-year-old house, which nowadays, serves as a holiday home, was built in a typical Andalusian style. The house has been renovated to make it more comfortable, and, at the same time, it preserves its rustic atmosphere, enhanced by the wooden beams of the ceilings. Its location in a closed and completely-private plot, which is surrounded by hills, olive trees and wheat fields, ensures you’ll make the most of your relaxing holidays.

This two-storey holiday home is ideal for big groups, as it’s provided with four bedrooms. Three of them are located on the first floor, one with a 1.50mt-wide double bed, and the other two with two single beds of 90 cm each. It is possible to add an extra bed in the entrance hall on the first floor so that the house is ideal for nine people to spend their holidays here.

On the ground floor, you will find the fourth bedroom, provided with a 1.35mt-wide double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and the living area. The living room is provided with a satellite TV, in addition to a wood burning stove, which also heats up the kitchen. The house is provided with an oven, a dishwasher, a baby bed (available upon request) and warm/cool air-con.

In the outdoor area, you can enjoy the marvellous views over the garden and the lawn, while you comfortably sit in the patio. The exterior is also provided with a huge terrace and a barbeque area, in addition to a private swimming pool with sun loungers, a ping-pong table and a private parking lot.

The access to the house is possible thanks to a paved lane, which also grants easy access to highway, Antequera and Malaga.
