Third floor apartment situated in a quiet building with a community pool.
The sitting room features three windows with security glass, thermal break and sun treatment allowing you to enjoy incredible views. It also has a very comfy sofa and two armchairs. OK 45¨Smart TV and high-speed WIFI ideal for remote work or media content.

Two balconies with a table and two chairs overlooking the sea to savour breakfast, a snack or the sunset with a glass of wine enjoying the sea breeze. There is also an evening terrace with an outside table that seats 4 for "al fresco" dinners.
It has 2 bedrooms that have blackout blinds to give you full privacy at bedtime.
- The twin bedroom has two single beds and two bedside tables with drawers and opens onto a balcony overlooking an ancient fortress and the beach of the Tesorillo which is beautiful when it lights up at night. It has an open wardrobe with wooden hangers, and air conditioning.
- The double bedroom has a queen bed (140cm) with two bedside tables with drawers. It has a side view onto the sea and opens onto the evening terrace. It has an open wardrobe with wooden hangers and air conditioning.

The modern kitchen opens to the living room on one side and the terrace on the other. It is perfectly equipped: coffee maker, kettle, blender, juicer, toaster, refrigerator, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.

In the bathroom there is a round window, a large mirror, sink furniture, a walk-in shower, a toilet, a set of towels, a floor carpet and hairdryer.

The property is NOT ACCESSIBLE TO WHEELCHAIRS unfortunately, there are 7 steps to the entrance building , then a lift inside.

FREE street parking just under the apartment from September 1 to June 30 (pay during Semana Santa & July/August).

There is a covered private parking space available for 50€/week (paid in cash on arrival) 100 meters from the entrance to the building (in another building). Maximum space for VW Touran or similar.

Cleaning and laundry carried out by a professional cleaning company on every booking with thorough disinfection of the entire apartment.

RESPONSIBLE USE OF ELECTRICITY: the rental includes 40 euros/month.

Transfer possible from the airport can be booked in advance (payable directly to the driver)

Order your food basket (bread, milk, butter, jam and fruit ) for late arrivals: 20€ payable in cash only, on arrival.
