the picturesque Punta de la Mona in La Herradura. Perfect for families or groups, the villa can

comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms. This is your invitation to unwind,

with taxi transfers. The nearest airports are Granada and Malaga (both about an hour’s drive).

Your home away from home is spread across 3 floors, with a fully-equipped kitchen, separate

utility room and comfortable living/dining area, where you can gather together. There are 3

well-appointed bedrooms (king, queen and two single beds) and 3 modern bathrooms. The 3

terraces, enjoy breathtaking Mediterranean vistas, enabling you to unwind, read, and dine al

fresco and enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Free on-street parking is available.

Keep cool with air conditioning in the warmer months, with the ambiance of an open fire in

Dive in at the gated, sea view communal pool area, which sits amidst lush greenery in front of

the villa, with a large pool for swimming and playing, as well as a smaller paddling pool. There

is a large grassed area suitable for sunbathing, as well as a terrace with tables, chairs, and

parasols for shade. A covered bar area, as well shower and toilet facilities are provided, for

general convenience.



The villa sits between La Herradura and Marina Del Este, which are both a convenient 6-

minute drive (2 km) from the villa, where you will find beaches, bars, restaurants and cafes,

supermarkets, boat hire and water sport offerings.
