Exclusive sea-view Villa. Amazing pool, private chef, trips in the Marine Park

Villa Adelphia is an exclusive eco-design ensemble for 12 people (18 using the sofa-beds), set in a three-acre olive grove, with an unparalleled view on the first Greek Marine Park.
The three independent suites are spaced a short distance from one another, and immersed in silence. They are conceived as a unique villa that share common areas: a fourth stone building with a large kitchen and a panoramic living room, the garden with a shaded dining terrace and several BBQs tucked amidst the olive grove, the gorgeous 25-meter pool and the nearby bar with chill-out area.
Perfumed by the scents of strawberry trees, Aleppo pines, lavender and rosemary bushes, the Villa perfectly blends into the landscape with natural colours and textures. Villa Adelphia emanates such a feeling of tranquility that it takes quite an effort to venture beyond it.
The Villa's covered area is 270 mq. It features 6 luxury decorated bedrooms with en suite bathroom and amazing sea-view veranda.
A dedicated team will make our guests’ experience on the island unique. The team is composed of a Villa Manager, two housekeepers, a Kitchen team (3 people).

SERVICES INCLUDED
VILLA MANAGER
Our dedicated Villa Manager, Erika, will welcome you at your arrival. She will escort you to the Villa and will be at your disposal for any help you may need throughout your holiday. She is on the island and easily reachable, also for concierge services such as recommendations, restaurant bookings, etc.. If you previously reserved a car online (which is strongly recommended), we will take care to contact the car agency in advance, in order to be sure that your car will be ready at the port at your arrival. Erika will be there together with a person from the car agency. Erika can speak Italian, English, Greek, Russian and Spanish.

HOUSEKEEPING
Our long standing housekeepers, Katerina and Vanghelis, who have been with us for over ten years, will maintain the Villa. They will clean the suites and the rest of the villa every day. Twice weekly change of linen and towels is included. Laundry services are available at an additional cost.

KITCHEN TEAM
The kitchen is managed by an Italian Private Chef, a Chef assistant and a Waiter. This full time team is in charge of the kitchen, including keeping it clean and doing the shopping. The team will cook and serve both breakfast and dinner, and will prepare a non-served gourmet buffet lunch. The Chef will also welcome you with a delicious buffet and will provide nice snacks for your boat trips. A slightly different organization for the meals can be discussed directly with the Chef. The menu can be decided together, according to your requests and the ingredients available on the island. Any special requests or allergies should be kindly notified before arrival. The cost of the food is not included and to be payed directly to the Chef.

SERVICES ON REQUEST
BOAT WITH CAPTAIN
Rigid-hulled inflatable boat for up to 9 people, with Captain Nickos, at the guests' disposal every day, for unforgettable trips in the Marine Park. You will enjoy swimming and snorkelling in the turquoise, crystalline waters of Alonnisos, discovering the most secluded beaches and hidden bays dressed in pine forests and olive groves, watching the dolphins and the other rare species of protected animals who live in the Marine Park. The boat will leave from the picturesque port of Steni Vala. The cost is 3.500 € per week, to be payed to the captain. The fuel is included.

PRIVATE TAXI BOAT
Private taxi boat from Skiathos to Alonnisos, for up to 12 people. The roundtrip price is 2000 €. The clients can just pay the driver.

Villa Adelphia can sleep 12 people (up to 18 including sofa beds). Between the 3 suites the Villa has 6 bedrooms (details follow).

THE SUITES
ADELPHI SUITE (up to 6 people)
Two large bedrooms, one with a stone wall and shower in the room. Both rooms have en suite bathrooms. The veranda overlooks the small Duo Adelphoi islands.
Room 1: one four-poster bed and a sofa bed.
Room 2: one four-poster bed.

SUITE Peristera (up to 8 people)
Three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a veranda with large dining table and view of the island of Peristera.
Room 3: One four-poster bed and a single sofa bed.
Room 4: One double bed.
Room 5: One four-poster bed and a single sofa bed.

SUITE Joura (up to 4 people)
This completely independent suite features a bedroom with en suite bathroom, kitchen, refrigerator, external dining area and barbecue. The veranda overlooks the island of Joura.
Room 6: one double bed and a sofa bed.

THE POOL
A short walk from the suites and perfumed by the scents of lavender and rosemary, the sleek 25-meter pool is all about relaxation, with comfortable sun loungers, a barbecue area and shaded chill-out area equipped with sink, fridge and a large semi-circle sofa with cushions. For laid-back evenings or after-hours parties the pool area is kitted out with a hi-fi stereo system and lit up by LED lights (with colors of your choice).

SURROUNDINGS
A pleasant 15 minute walk along a scenic path starts just 300 meters from the villa and takes you to the gorgeous Lefto Ghialos beach and the quaint fishing village of Steni Vala, where you’ll find markets, interesting shops, delicious eateries, and a diving center. The stunning Glyfa beach is only 5 minutes away by car. Meanwhile, another short drive brings you to the old town of Alonissos, Chora, perched on the mountain slope that dominates the two sides of the sea.
