Very nice facility, only thing I could say is the room doors don't seal to the floor and hallway noise transfers into the room, other than that very nice pleasant stay in room 213

The home is lovely and very well equipped. We enjoyed the fantastic location on the shore of Lake Huron. Our very own private retreat! Very clean, well organized and well maintained.

Very nice place

We had a great time at staying in the cottage in alpena. We came with our 3 year old and had a nice time exploring the city. The house is outside where most of the main attractions in but only a 15 minute drive. We went to the dinosaur park, Connie’s cafe, the old and new light house, the thunder harbor museum and shipwreck tours! There is not air conditioning there so a fan is a great idea to bring. I was a little unsure from the listing if the water was accessible from the cottage, there’s a smalll spot down the road that would be good for paddle board entry but not beach access for swimming. There weren’t instructions for check in and check out but Amy was so communicative throughout to help through the process.

The managers were accommodating and friendly. Rooms are quaint.
