Lisa the host was super! She took the time to meet us there and welcome us. The suite was well provisioned, every detail was perfect. The view of Matera from outside the cave was spectacular!

“Experiência ok, mas poderia ser melhor”

A hospedagem tem uma localização mais afastada e estrutura é razoável, infelizmente a experiência deixou a desejar em alguns pontos. Houve uma cobrança adicional não informada no anúncio, o que gerou desconforto já no início. A banheira não funcionou como deveria, sendo um dos itens que motivou a escolha do local. Além disso, a falta de blackout na porta de entrada comprometeu o descanso, já que a claridade entrava cedo no quarto. A limpeza também não estava no padrão esperado, necessitando de mais cuidado. No geral, o apartamento atende para uma estadia curta, mas precisa de melhorias para oferecer a experiência anunciada e corresponder melhor às expectativas dos hóspedes.
