I personally didnt like the property the second i walked in the door. This hotel may be suitable for a business person who stays a night or two, but its not family recommended. The room was very small. The parking is $15 night and very inconvenient. No handicapped or veteran discounts. They pre-charge you on your credit card for your full stay. I honestly couldn't stand the hotel. I got bad vibes from it, sorta like staying in a tiny apartment in a highrise building. Awful. If your claustrophobic, I wouldnt recommend staying here. If your handicapped, or have medical issues, especially with walking, I would not recommend this hotel. I will say that the staff at the front desk and expedia were extremely understanding, and helpful with resolving our issues and the room was very clean.

Great Hotel, BAD MANAGER

The hotel was beautiful and the people were great, with the exception of the manager. He promised to call back when i enquired about missing items. Took 3 calls to get him to call me back. Told me he didnt know how to work the new system and would send the items back as a courtesy. He then renegged saying he'd have to get a company card to do this. My friend and i were both charged for the transaction and each ending up paying, My card was charged without my permission after she had already paid them. When i called about this he admitted that it was his first time using the software, and told me to call my bank to cancel his erroneous charge. He kept calling me "ma'am" in a condescending manner, spoke over me and hung up on me. Not the kind of person who should be working in the hospitality field.
