Couldn’t beat the view! Sitting down and watching ships come in and out of the Panama Canal was amazing. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the elevator was broken and due to an injury it was diff to go up and down the stairs. Also, there was a lot of noice coming from an event close by that prevented us from sleeping. The staff was pleasant. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance specially the amazing Sabroso Panama which offers a nightly Panamanian folkloric show at 8:00 PM.

The breakfast was just okay. Minimal choices but then again it is food so beggars can't be choosers. Room is very clean and nice. The beds are incredibly firm though. Staff was really helpful when it came to cleaning up the room and getting extra towels. The chirping birds did wake me up kind of early. Now what was really great about this hotel is where it's located with all of the food choices, souvenir shops and activities. We tried something new to eat every day! I love the convenience of the souvenir shops to get all my goodies to take home. It wasn't a far Uber drive to get into the city and explore either. Very quick and convenient pick ups.

Older hotel, sqeeky clean room, staff was awesome. Elevator broke and staff helped bring luggage downstairs. Our room was in the middle on the back side was able sleep well.

Don’t think this hotel is fancy in any way. The area is nice, but right now music is blasting outside. Definitely a party spot. If you’re not into it, like me, don’t stay here. Very good spot if you’re headed to a cruise ship the next day.

Excelente Hotel con Excelente Servicios

Estuve 8 dias, la vista hacia el mar estuvo espectacular, la Sra del restaurantes estuve muy bien con el desayuno y Julio el de servicios varios, nos hizo los ajustes que necesitabamos. La verdad la passmos mi familia y yo muy bien. El hotel tiene excelente ubicación.

Based on the online presence i expected more. Elevator was out of service, therefore the luggage had to be carried upstairs. Room was old, not very taken care of. Bedsheets had stains on it and it was very loud due to the bar next door which had very loud music until around 2am. Breakfast buffet was very mjnimal. For the nightly rate i expected more of it. I would not stay there again. Sadly since the area it is located at is very nice!

The staff were terrific. The property was ideally located near the cruise terminal and nature at the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute. The room was large and comfortable.
