We stayed at this hotel from January 12-17. Our first room, #314, was labeled as a garden view but felt more like a parking lot view. The room had a terrible odor, was extremely run-down, and had dirty walls in multiple areas. The sliding door do the balcony was so dirty it was foggy. We couldn’t stand it, so the next day, we requested an ocean-view room. Luckily, they had availability for three nights, and we moved to Room #311. It was a huge relief—no awful smell, much cleaner, and had a spectacular ocean view. Watching container ships pass by from our balcony was a highlight of our stay. Then came the dreaded fourth night when we had to switch rooms again. They moved us to Room #1112, and it was an absolute nightmare. The fridge was rusted on the outside, and the bathroom mirrors were covered in foggy stains—it felt like stepping into a rundown gas station restroom. On top of that, the swimming pool was in terrible condition, with missing tiles and grime everywhere. This place was a total disappointment.

This property HAD NO STREET ADDRESS!!!!! WHEN I LOOK UP RADISSON HOTEL WITH WAZE IT SENT ME 17 MILES AWAY TO A FORMER RADISSON WHICH IS NOW A PRIVATE RESORT. HAD TO DRIVE BACK TO PANAMA CITY. While taking a shower the water suddenly turns cold followed by very hot about every 2 minutes.

we like the view of the ocean view room which can see the Panama Canal. The surrounding area is nice and quit. The hotel room and swimming poor is a little old need update. We can not find any tourist information in the lobby area, is this same for all Panama hotel ?

Looks nice- deceiving!

At first glance, seemed okay. Our room had no wi-fi the first 4-5 hours, despite complaints to front desk-twice. Room smelled! Walls paper thin- could hear neighbors TV late at night. Worst part was the safety rail in shower/tub broke off! Started to fall but able to catch myself- Told front desk. Could have been worse and a lawsuit.

Located at the canal so easy for tours or taxi to regional airport, attractions along peninsula, and shopping. Walkable trail for various dining options, canal views, and exercise. Updated hotel has restaurant and cafe along with lots of amenities and friendly staff. Only negative was occasional moldy odor in hotel but it was quite rainy and humid that month.
