We stayed at this hotel from January 12-17. Our first room, #314, was labeled as a garden view but felt more like a parking lot view. The room had a terrible odor, was extremely run-down, and had dirty walls in multiple areas. The sliding door do the balcony was so dirty it was foggy. We couldn’t stand it, so the next day, we requested an ocean-view room. Luckily, they had availability for three nights, and we moved to Room #311. It was a huge relief—no awful smell, much cleaner, and had a spectacular ocean view. Watching container ships pass by from our balcony was a highlight of our stay.
Then came the dreaded fourth night when we had to switch rooms again. They moved us to Room #1112, and it was an absolute nightmare. The fridge was rusted on the outside, and the bathroom mirrors were covered in foggy stains—it felt like stepping into a rundown gas station restroom. On top of that, the swimming pool was in terrible condition, with missing tiles and grime everywhere. This place was a total disappointment.
