Compare Cheap Hotels in Amalfi Coast

The Hotel Montemare was a lovely property on the hills above downtown Positano. The staff could not have been more lovely. They greeted us every morning and evening when we entered and left the property. We especially enjoyed (and will miss) the expansive continental breakfast offerings and coffees and attentive service every morning on the beautiful veranda with gorgeous sea views. Note that the foam beds were very firm which I did not find ideal for restful sleep.

Excellent stay in Positano. Up near the top of the hill so a bit out of the heavy tourist area. But a relatively easy walk back up the road from the beach. Staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great! We stayed in a family room which was plenty big enough for the four of us. Lovely balcony as well.

I am so pleased I chose this location. Close to shopping and dinning. Easier walk from ferry than most locations. Very very very clean and stylish. Staff was all very nice as well.

The building was very close to the waterfront. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Excellent property.

The staff was amazing. They went out of their way to accommodate us. We are grateful to have found a great spot to come back to. Till next time.

Hotel Aurora was a great place to stay. Room was quite neat. Breakfast was great.
