VILLA SIERRA - AMALFI COAST
Located on the Amalfi Coast, Villa Sierra is charming waterfront villa boasting a small pool and sea view terraces. Perched on the hillside above a string of small beaches, the villa makes the ideal retreat for a holiday with friends or loved ones. The picturesque town of Amalfi (900 m) offers a variety of shops, bars, and restaurants, and there are several beaches along the coast, including Duoglio, Lido delle Sirene and Marina Grande.

Exploring the area by public transport is easy – the local SITA bus network links all the villages on the Amalfi coast, while the ferry port provides access to Positano or enchanting the island of Capri. A car is not necessary, but should you hire one, it is best to pre-book parking (fee payable).

Villa Sierra (145 sqm) is set on the first floor of a house and develops over one level. Please be aware that a flight of 90 steps leads from the main street to the house. A luggage service is available for arrival and departure.

Decorated in a minimalist style, the villa retains numerous period features including vaulted ceilings, uneven stone and plaster walls, and wooden architraves and doors. It features two entrances, one positioned to the left and one to the right of the villa.

The left entrance leads to a small study/living area with a kitchenette and the right entrance leads to the older part of the house with a second kitchenette (with ceramic worktop, sink, induction hob and a fridge with drawers) and an 18th century chestnut dining table.

The master bedroom has an independent entrance accessed from Via Maestra die Villaggi (or alternatively from the second bedroom). It features a king size bed and double sofa bed (suitable for 2 adults and 2 children) and an ensuite bathroom (with two rainfall showers). Adjacent to the bedroom, there is a small kitchen corner and a minibar. Additionally, there is a small terrace at the entrance, with a garden and sea view.

The second bedroom is the middle of the three bedrooms. It lies in the oldest part of the house and retains some of the original features dating back to the middle-ages. It features a double bed and an ensuite bathroom (with rainfall shower) and a sea view terrace.

The third bedroom has an independent entrance (from the left of the building) and features a king size bed, an ensuite bathroom (with shower) and a small terrace overlooking the sea. It has an internal door to a small study/living room furnished with a kitchen corner (with a small sink, induction hob, fridge with drawers, coffee machine, ice maker and coffee).

Outside, you will find alfresco dining terraces with wonderful views, a small pool (with 3 hydromassage jets and a waterfall), and an outdoor shower. The pool is open from April to October free of charge (from March to November, the pool can be heated up to 30° at extra cost). A long narrow terrace also connects the three bedrooms.
