Good location and helpful staff. Room needs updating and the lack of power sockets ( working ones) was very apparent. Breakfast was ok. Bed in room was very comfortable l.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, but a bit dated. The location was convenient because there is a mall nearby (there is an interior passage to the mall) which was good for further food options. The staff was excellent - very helpful and kind!

The hotel was perfect, clean room and comfortable bed gave me a nice rest The overview of the hotel very good. I’ll recommend it

Carol and her team — Lucas Jacinto, Matheus, Son, Amanda, Rivaldo, Alexandre, Ricardo (Everyone on Her Team) — and also the outstandingly courteous, professional, and friendly team at the hotel’s restaurant (Compota) — Lucas, Augusto, and remaining team members, always go above and beyond to make my stay special. They even made me a special team (on the house!) when they learned I had caught a cold. The attention to detail, from personalized service to ensuring everything is perfect (including parking space), is exceptional.
