The staff was amazing. The property was icky! Mold in bathroom. No hot water in shower. Some outlets had no power. Carpet in corridor badly buckled. Lift intermittently worked. The breakfast buffet was nice though.

A Hidden Gem – Truly Exceptional Experience at the Opal Hotel From the moment I arrived at the Opal Hotel, I was thoroughly impressed. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming—every interaction felt personal and thoughtful. Check-in was smooth, and I was even offered a complimentary drink while I waited. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and full of thoughtful touches—from luxurious linens and a comfortable bed to a well-stocked minibar and high-end toiletries. The attention to detail was second to none. I especially appreciated the peaceful ambiance—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The on-site dining was another highlight. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with a variety of healthy and indulgent options, and the dinner menu was surprisingly creative for a hotel restaurant. What truly set the Opal Hotel apart was the service. Every team member—from housekeeping to the concierge—seemed genuinely invested in making my stay memorable. They went above and beyond more than once to accommodate small requests. This hotel strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. I can’t wait to return and will be recommending it to friends, family, and colleagues without hesitation. An absolute standout.

Our stay at the Opal Hotel was incredible! The décor was beautiful, and the food was absolutely delicious. What truly made our experience outstanding, though, was the amazing hotel staff. Ibrahim and Bilal were incredibly kind and went above and beyond, even recommending places like Habibah Sweets, which we absolutely loved. Highly recommended!
