Geschmackvolle Wohnung mit Einschränkung: Innen hui, außen pfui!

Die Ferienwohnung ist hochwertig, geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die moderne Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Besonders gemütlich ist der schöne Erker, der mit seinen großen Fenstern eine wunderbare und helle Leseecke ist. Die Fotos des Inserats vermitteln insgesamt einen realistischen Eindruck. Die Lage im beschaulichen Ammerschwihr ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Touren. Die beiden Bäckereien des Ortes liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung. Von wenigen Restaurants abgesehen bietet der Ort allerdings weder Cafés noch Geschäfte. Lucie von der Agentur war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Kritisch müssen folgende Punkte angeführt werden: Die Wohnung befindet sich in der ersten Etage eines alten Hauses, dessen Eingangsbereich und Treppenhaus in desolatem und äußerst ungepflegtem Zustand sind. Der Weg zur Ferienwohnung führt durch ein kaltes und modrig riechendes Treppenhaus und an ungezählten Spinnweben vorbei. Einen Blick hinter das Haus sollte man lieber nicht wagen. Die Fenster der Wohnung können nur gekippt oder einen Spalt weit geöffnet werden. Deutsche Fernsehprogramme sind nicht verfügbar.
