Unless every hotel is sold out do not stay here

The sheets were stained, room housekeeping staff were very poorly trained! Towels were old All in all not the most pleasant experience Will never stay here again

There was a cockroach running round on the table next to my plate in the breakfast room. I reported it to the F&B manger and all they said was "sorry ma'am". This is unacceptable and a huge health code violation.
