Nice room

We arrived on a late flight and checked in after midnight with no issues — the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and everything was clean and tidy. There was even a small kitchen, free parking, and the price was very reasonable. It’s a great place for a few days’ stay. The only downsides were that it’s quite far from the city centre, and the lighting in the room at night was a bit dim. But overall, it offers great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Very beautiful property better then hotel vondel garden for more then half the price! Don’t get tricked and pay for an expensive hotel this hotel was only $250 and far nicer then the $500 night at hotel vondel garden that was $500/ night I highly recommend this hotel

This was by far the worst stay. I arrived with my family to Amsterdam for a one night stopover. After travelling all day and night we arrived at the hotel. First off the hotel is not on the list of stops when you arrive at the airport to go to the hotel but it’s a stop. You have to pay for the shuttle. We went to sleep and around midnight the fire alarm goes off, and everyone evacuated. There was no communication from staff, no organized anything once outside. It was chaos. We waited an hour outside with no issues in sight, no firefighters came or medical personnel, when my husband went to go and see what was happening and if we could go back in there was no staff to be found. Another hour went by and we were finally able to return with no explanation. We thought maybe someone pulled the alarm. We went back to sleep then the alarm went off again at 5:00am but only half of the alarm was working, clearly evident that this was an electrical issue. We did not evacuate at this time. We heard nothing from staff or the manager. There were no apologies or explanation or compensation for the inconvenient stay. I will never stay here again based on the service and lack of information and communication we received.

It was +32°C when we arrived in Amsterdam. We checked in, and everything was great until we walked into our room. The room temperature was +28°C because the air conditioning in the two rooms I rented wasn’t working. I reported it to the front desk, but they were unable to fix the issue because the maintenance person had left at 1 PM. They also couldn’t change our rooms because the hotel was full. They provided me with a fan, which did not help the situation since it was extremely hot inside. We couldn’t get a good rest or sleep because of this issue, and there was no manager on duty to address the situation. Not to mention, one of the things I requested before completing the booking was air conditioning. This was a very bad experience for me and my family.
