Upon arrival: There was only one receptionist at the front desk for a long queue of checking in. Few receptionists came out of the back office but didn’t assist straight away and instead someone who was checking out (strangely 16:45) He took over the receptionist computer to check out the client who was not even queuing. When the queue was almost half then a second receptionist came. I found out that there was an annex building and I was asked to leave the building in order to get to my room where there are no direct access to the spa, restaurants and shop. Room - the body wash finished and coffee machine was not working as well as an insect by the sink - I took a picture and emailed it to the reception. Initially, I booked 2 nights but due to change of plans I booked another night. I messaged the hotel to make it as one booking so I stay in one room. I was told it was fine but still I have to come to the reception pay my city taxes separately and recharge my room card. I found the customer service really poor and unfriendly and apparently there are different chains under the same name? Therefore, they cannot accommodate me by changing from one building to another.

This hotel is fantastic. We (family of 3) stayed in the Apartments and they are fabulous. Very spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. They are quite, no noise from neighbours or street. The hotel staff is kind and friendly. The shuttle service to Schiphol airport is very convenient and runs often (and on time). We have stayed here twice already and would stay again.

The apartments are amazing. Very spacious for 3 people. Large kitchen, 2 very comfortable beds and lots of storage for luggage and clothes. We also loked that the toilet / shower / vanity are all in separate rooms, so they can all be used at the same time by different people. The shuttle service was the most convenient part. The airport and train station link you to anywhere and everywhere and it's only a short ride from the hotel. The shuttles run often and always on time. The area of the hotel is also very pretty, beautiful neighborhood to walk around. There's even a grocery store not very far if you need to stock up. We're staying here again in a couole of weeks and I'm excited for our stay.

I was genuinely pleasantly surprised by this place. The free shuttle ran twice every hour around the clock, and the stop was right outside airport arrivals with a big white tour-style bus that was easy to spot. Check-in was smooth and every staff member I interacted with was courteous and helpful. I stayed in the apartment section and expected something small or cramped for the price, but the space was much larger and more comfortable than I thought it would be. Everything was clean and quiet, and for under 100 dollars the value was amazing. I did not see a washer and dryer inside the apartment, but if the building has them somewhere then I truly have nothing to complain about. Getting into Amsterdam was simple. An Uber to the center was about 30 euros which felt reasonable for the convenience. Overall it was a great stay, excellent value, and I would happily book here again.

The hotel is far from any attractions or convenience stores. The only store available is located inside the hotel, but it offers very limited choices. The food in the hotel restaurants is terrible. The cleaning staff is hard to understand. I asked them to change the sheets, but they only changed the pillowcases. Check-in was smooth thanks to Julie, who was very helpful. However, the rest of the staff were not helpful at all. I called the front desk to explain that my Uber Eats order never arrived and asked for assistance in contacting the restaurant. The man at the front desk simply said he couldn’t help. The rooftop restaurant was going to charge us extra each for the entertainment. Can’t just go and eat. It’s ridiculous that they would provide entertainment that we did not ask for, but would charge us for it. So we refused and decided to eat at the bar downstairs. Unfortunately, food was terrible there too. I would never stay at or recommend this place again.
