I liked the location near the station. The street outside was filthy and very busy… there are much nicer parts of Amsterdam! Room was very tiny, basically just a bed. Bathroom was very small but reasonably well updated. The room was very noisy with constant banging of doors closing and voices of other occupants. Steep narrow staircases with no elevator. Luckily I’m fit and healthy… many people would have a hard time negotiating the stairs I’m sure, especially with luggage. Overall the price was very high for what I got!

Solid ! Safe - 24/7 reception. Conveniently located. Easy to get to the sightseeings, transport available at the door steps. Note: Very steep, narrow stairs, if any health issues, be aware of this. No issues for me but some people might find the stairs challenging. I would stay at this hotel again, and highly recommend it.

We had a major bedbug infestation in our room. I have at least 50 bites and we were squishing them and blood was coming out of them. We let the front desk know and I submitted pictures. The room was extremely small for 3 people. We didn’t have anywhere to even put our suitcases. The stairs are very narrow and steep and hard to navigate especially with a suitcase.

Great 1 night stay

We really enjoyed staying here. The person at reception for check in was so helpful (he moved us to a different room with less stairs - as we had a very heavy suitcase) The room was tiny, but that's to be expected for the hotel location. It was so clean, bed was comfortable, shower was amazing. the coffee machine in reception was a lovely addition.

The area was great and the staff was helpful. However the cleanliness was not up to par. The walls of the room were dirty and stained. The sheets had yellow stains and there was a used cigarette on the floor under the bed. We do not smoke and we booked a nonsmoking room. The cigarette was there when we arrived and still on the floor after we left after they came into our room to “clean” it everyday. I would not stay here again

I would not recommend this property. The AC did not work, the TV did not work, room was very loud. We were woken up by construction workers outside of our window every morning. The room was TINY…could barely walk between the beds. The sheets were dirty. Staff did not address any of our concerns. Only positives I can think of is that the shower was nice and the coffee in the lobby was free.

Black mold in bathroom

Comfortable and spacious room near everything, but there was visible black mold in the shower. The room’s air quality felt compromised as a result. We didn’t use the shower, tried not to spend time in the bathroom, kept that door closed as much as possible, and tried not to be in the room except for sleeping. Not ideal at all. We hate leaving bad reviews, but this should be remedied before being offered to guests.

Pire expérience de ma vie. Hôtel extrêmement bruyant le soir avec une réception irrespectueuse du sommeil des clients. Je n’ai pas dormi le dernier soir tellement le bruit était dérangeant. Je n’ai eu aucun dédommagement de l’hôtel suite à tous ces désagréments. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel

Hotel Manofa was very good for us. Lucky for us they were extremely helpful and we really appreciated! We had a room opposite the reception area, near the front can be noisy but it was raining so it did not affect us. Our room was very clean and simple. Would stay again.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Although we stayed on the top floor, our room was recently renovated and had an amazing view of center city. The staff was friendly and it is the best location in all of Amsterdam.
