Hotel Manofa was very good for us. Lucky for us they were extremely helpful and we really appreciated! We had a room opposite the reception area, near the front can be noisy but it was raining so it did not affect us. Our room was very clean and simple. Would stay again.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Although we stayed on the top floor, our room was recently renovated and had an amazing view of center city. The staff was friendly and it is the best location in all of Amsterdam.

No frills hotel but wouldn’t have an issue staying again. You don’t get much for your money hotel wise in Amsterdam because everyone want to go there! I had a room that was basically in the Reception so I could hear all the phone calls, the radio, and everyone wandering in and out and their conversations - so unless you have a pair of noise cancelling headphones (which I did) then you’d maybe won’t to request not getting one of those rooms. Who goes to Amsterdam to sleep anyway?

Excellent location - couple of blocks from Central Train station with restaurants all around. however rooms are a bit cramped. Bathrooms are small too and the one we had has the ceiling diagonally sloping so we had to stoop down. No elevators and the stairs are steep so if you have heavy luggages make sure you can carry them.

it is really a 2-star hotel with a convenient location to anywhere in the city. You get what you paid for. No elevator, lots of stairs, difficult if you have a lot of luggage.

Location of the hotel is great! Close to all attractions as well as to Amsterdam central. The only drawback was that it’s a three storey hotel with no elevators so you would have to move your luggage by yourself as there is no help! It is a great place for the price though.

It’s not a five star hotel or anything, it’s right by the train station and right on Damrak which is an insanely busy street which is what makes this hotel great for convenience. But what made it great - my husband and I had just taken an 8 day cruise and a 6 hour train to get to Amsterdam from South England and we were both not feeling too great due to motion sickness, when they saw how poorly my husband was doing they gave us a room on a lower floor and were very kind and tried to keep our spirits up because we were doing BAD. Bathroom was nice, the room was clean, just a little noisy but was to be expected. Thanks to everyone at Manofa!

The property is in a great location in the city. Staff were very friendly. Very happy with our stay. Our only complaint would be the noise. Not the hotels fault but during our stay there were some works happening to the building. Leading to banging and drilling at silly times right at our window. Other than that happy with our stay for the price we paid and would recommend.

The hotel was centrally located..but that was the only perk. The front door is always open to a very busy street. The staff is not very helpful and a bit rude. They always say “I’ll have to speak to my manager”. The manger is never in. The rooms are tiny with limited places to put anything. There is mold in the bathroom. We found bed bugs twice. Let them fumigate once and found them again the next day.
