I would stay at this hotel again: clean, breakfast buffet was great, enough room to sit even during busy breakfast hours, staff was very friendly, walking distance to bus stop (10 min walk), felt safe to walk even at night (FYI you will have to go up some stairs to get to the bus stop from street level), room clean and adequate size, heated bathroom floors, water pressure good, good quality beds, elevators working and fast, airport shuttle reliable. The only thing was that on our first day, we arrived early and I asked about the breakfast. The gentleman who checked us in wanted to charge us even though I said it was included. Unfortunately I couldn't pull up my booking from my phone. The other lady looked like she wanted to help him but didn't want to embarrass him? So we went somewhere else to eat. Sure enough, the next day, it was confirmed our breakfast was included and the hostess said we were on the list. The guy was friendly though so I'll give him a pass for making me spend extra for breakfast ; ). Also, we booked for 3 people and only got 2 bath towels. We asked but never got the 3rd one. All good.... used the 2 smaller towels. Not big enough to ruin our vacation.

The hotel looks nice as you walk in and the staff are friendly. Personally, I did not find the bed comfortable there was no moisturising lotion and no flannels which I have to say isn’t always offered in hotels. The towels were miniature and I’m not a big person. I brought this up with reception who said they are investing in new hotels. They have a great shuttle service to the airport which is free.

Wonderful last night stay after visiting NL

This hotel is our standard last night stay for when we travel to see family in the Netherlands. It is so conveniently close to the airport, and the flight back to California is just early enough that being close to the airport is important. The hotel staff, the rooms , and the amazing breakfast bar are what makes this an amazing last night in the Netherlands prior to departure.

Nice breakfast. Good, adult business, airport connection. Parking is poor, open, across the street and not included in rate. Drop off and check in drive ,restrictive and hard to find. Room, heavy glass door to bathroom did not slide and shower glass did not prevent soaking the floor. King room Upper floor view to airport not city. Front desk stated this needed to be requested but view was advertised!

Gone downhill. A lot.

Having stayed many times over several years now it's sad to see service levels have gotten shockingly bad. No drink voucher at check in, no gold member upgrade and a terrible breakfast, which used to be the best thing the hotel had going for it. Staff were talking to each other, laughing and joking instead of refilling food items. Everything was cold too. Very disappointing. And the reaction to the report at checkout showed that they weren't even bothered. I'll try one of the well rated hotels locally next time. They've lost a long term customer and I doubt they will even care.
