Was a bit hard to get to as did not provide a shuttle although that was stated. Staff not very friendly and did not speak any Dutch (not required but nice in your own country). Room was spacious and comfortable.

Breakfast was only a buffet at 20 euros each .all we wanted was toast and coffee and they would not allow it even though there was bread on the buffet. No were else close to eat . Room only had one bath size towel for two people I would not recommend.

Everything about our room and stay was perfect. Would definitely stay again. Nice firm beds, very clean and smelt fresh too. Great food at the restaurant as well. I would note that it’s a bit out of the way if you’re wanting to be in the city, and I’d advise that the 6-10 minute walk from the train station does include quite a few stairs at one point so take note of that if you’re carrying heavy luggage.

The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because of the hotel not having a shuttle service. As a hotel that so many travelers pass through, this service is a must have.

Minibar was empty and breakfast didn't have enything from the region. The orange juice or marmalaide was artificial, that was abit disapointing. Otherwise nice Hotel, stily lounge and entrance. Room also clean and nicely decorated.

Property was great. Free wifi and ac. Close to train and bus station and frequent trains to Centraal Station Amsterdam. There are steps up and down between the hotel and train station. Probably 5 steps up to a trail that leads there and 15 up and 15 down in the middle of the path. Not an issue for us, but if you have heavy bags you might struggle. Big, clean room and the staff was excellent. We'll be back if we travel to Amsterdam again.

This hotel is a walking distance to the bus and train station. The reception area is welcoming and the staff are very helpful. There is a vending machine for goodies and drink by the two lifts. The dining area is spacious and clean. I enjoyed watching planes while eating breakfast. There are a lot of choices of food but I am just wondering why there is no sliced bread and toaster as that is usually what most hotels have. The room is very spacious for three people and it is clean including the toilet. The air conditioning is window operated so make sure windows are closed tightly if you want the aircon on. We had a love stay at this hotel and it is highly recommended.

Convenient place to stay near the airport, although it is advised to have a vehicle (off the main roads into an industrial area). Place is clean, modern, well equipped, comfortable and good service. You. We’d to advise when wanting housekeeping on a daily basis.
