Nice hotel

I was visiting for business. Stayed for a couple of nights . Rooms are very comfortable and staff is very friendly. Only disadvantage is the location.

Property is some walk from both bus & train. No restaurants around the area but the one at the hotel which is way pricey for me. No shuttle as well so once you get off the bus you have to be able to carry your bags thru some staircases to reach the long path to the hotel. Check in was not as smooth as I was told I need to wait 3pm, but once another person tried to check in after me & was able to. Seeing that, I had to go back to the counter and ask if the guy just checked in and she said yes. So I ask if I can also check in & then she said yes. That was a little unsettling that I was told no at first but the next guy was able to.

We had a wonderful stay at the Intercity hotel. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and staff were friendly. The buffet breakfast was excellent, it offers a wide variety of food options including hot items and fresh fruit. The hotel is a 20-30 minute drive to Amsterdam city centre. would definitely recommend.

nice and comfortable airport hotel, take in count 2 things, even tho is no in Amsterdam, it takes a short walk + a train of less than 30 minutes to reach the city center, however this ticket is not covered by the different day cards or i Amsterdam cards so if your plan is moving a lot in public transportation but mainly taking advantage of the i Amsterdam city card you will spend daily extra 13 euros in train.

Tv didnt work. No soap in dispenser. Twice reported to reception but not fixed. Staff not very friendly. No apologies or eye contact. Food was poor. Shower not very hot or powerful.

Some what ok but wasn’t the best as there was no entertainment or activities to do with the breakfast prices was not worth for what we paid absolute rubbish but other than that overall I’d give it 7/10 for its cleanliness and quality

Excellent hotel. Close to train to take you into the city or airport. Rooms were spacious and extremely clean. Amazingly pleasant staff and great food/beverage options in the restaurant. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend.
