The hotel is beautifully located with a lovely view of the canal. The rooms are large and modern. The front office staff are very helpful. The breakfast buffet is lovely. The staff at the restaurant however, are not very helpful, they are noisy and only interested in clearing up the buffet rather than helping the guests. Housekeeping is the Achilles heel of this hotel. Their room cleaning left a lot to be desired. The room floor was never cleaned during our stay. On one of the days, they did not clean our room and when we returned at 3 pm, we had to request the Front Desk to get HK to clean our room. We also found some personal effects missing from our suitcase... But we did not mention this to the hotel.

Staff and breakfast were excellent. The location was very close to the Museum Quarter. The room was large enough to stay for 5 days. I wish there were a small dresser in the room.

Good sized room, wonderful views over the canal, plenty of in-room extras, and really friendly staff. The on-site shop is pretty handy for drinks and snacks but there are plenty of little supermarkets around. The location is lovely and quiet, within easy walking distance to Museumplein and the city centre. There are some absolute restaurant gems nearby - for breakfast, lunch and dinner!
