The hotel is beautifully located with a lovely view of the canal. The rooms are large and modern. The front office staff are very helpful. The breakfast buffet is lovely.
The staff at the restaurant however, are not very helpful, they are noisy and only interested in clearing up the buffet rather than helping the guests.
Housekeeping is the Achilles heel of this hotel. Their room cleaning left a lot to be desired. The room floor was never cleaned during our stay. On one of the days, they did not clean our room and when we returned at 3 pm, we had to request the Front Desk to get HK to clean our room. We also found some personal effects missing from our suitcase... But we did not mention this to the hotel.
