Excellent friendly staff who assisted with bookings & ensuring guests were comfortable. Loved the fresh apples available in the lobby everyday. We were a large group and enjoyed using the beautiful lounge/work spaces on the 2nd level.

Great service from front desk before and during our stay. Hotel helped arrange transport from airport to hotel and hotel to cruise port. Very friendly and helpful staff , shout to Anouk, Alena and Celine at the front desk as well as Bert and the rest of staff. Very happy with our stay. Conveniently located great restraunt ‘s in bite and within a few blocks and a tram too! Would definitely recommend! Thanks!

Great location in not-so-chic setting

Loved the location, but hotel felt overcrowded the whole time. The hallways were always full of service items (large carts of sheets/towels, and the plastic flower decorations felt “cheap”
