The facilities were modern and clean. Hotel was super quiet which was nice. Customer service of the front of house employees wasn’t the greatest, not really a warm welcome from the staff we met. There was one Asian lady that was super friendly. Otherwise customer service at the hotel is not their strong point. Can’t fault it much otherwise but the two staff we engaged with were super blunt and seemed uninterested in their roles. Because of that it was not the best start to the trip to be honest.

It was a good stay, the personal is very friendly and helpful. I noticed that they speak many different languages and are very helpful with the clients. Breakfast was good and there we’re enough options.

I wonder if OZO Hoel can arrange even a paid shuttle or make an arrangement with another hotel who runs shuttle from hotel to Hoofddrop station or Airport which will connect Hotel to Airport, station & nearby shopping Mall etc resulting more business.
