Great location to walk from or really good tram connections to the center and other areas However, the hotel itself wasn’t that great - room service entered even when asked not to be disturbed, there was no TV and WiFi very slow

Old, Run down , it needs a lot of improvements, I will not recommend this hotel very small rooms, it needs a lot of maintenance. The AC was not working. The windows are not insulated for noise. The only good thing about this hotel is location. 1/2 star,spend an extra €50 per night and get a nicer place.

Was ideal for a last minute booking, staff went above and beyond to help. The hotel itself isn't the cleanest but for what you pay it was fine. The bed is actually very comfy considering how thin the mattress is. The tv doesn't work but wifi at hotel is good, unless in basement. Free hot drinks in lobby as no kettle in room. But this wasn't an issue. Would stay again.

KEEP CLEAR!

Where do I start… we arrived on the 26th to greeted by reception and handed out room key, the room was below ground level with a tiny double rectangular window situated beside the seating arrangement of next doors bar where if you manage to open the window it leaves the customers looking down right into your room. The aircon was cut off to the room on the second night and the Tv didn’t work at all, total black screen. Almost as if it’s a fake television as the red light was present at all times indicating stand by. We were told they were down everywhere in hotel but as I went onto read reviews this has been an ongoing issue for weeks now! After our first night sleep both me and my partner woke up covered in bites which our GP back home now has confirmed as bed bugs, there’s no surprise here as on the last night I thought to look under the bed and it was like a vending machine of half eaten chocolate bars and sweats. The room comes with zero appliances other than 2 coat hangers and a railing. The shower room is connected to the bedroom and was in the format of a wet room with no shower screen/curtain therefore after every use the entire room was swimming with water, this resulted in us having to use all our towels to dry the place up with every use, stay clear of this hotel! It is not as described nor advertised, this is me and my partners 5th time visiting Amsterdam and every hotel we’ve stayed in has been of a similar description/price range/location & image it’s poorly run!

This hotel was in a great location. The room is very small. You sit on the toilet and your legs are practically in the shower. I am downgrading a star for cleanliness. There was a brown stain on my sheets when I arrived.

Where to start. We arrived at the hotel, having driven 5 hours from Hamburg. The parking was exorbitant. The receptionist was the antithesis of warm and welcoming. We got the key for the door, assuming the worst of it was over... The room posed not only a hygiene concern but a risk to health and safety. The sheets and mattress were covered in hair and stained with blood. There was no soap or toiletries and the toilet showed signs of human waste. The entire room was disgusting and had clearly not been cleaned in some time. When we raised these issues at reception, we were met with hostility and were told no other rooms were available. Housekeeping was offered for the following morning, but given the unsanitary conditions, we did not feel safe staying even one night. We found numerous reviews describing similar experiences. This is clearly not an isolated case. Guests report consistent issues with cleanliness, poor customer service, and aggressive communication from management. It appears this hotel has a pattern of failing to meet even basic hospitality standards. We left and booked alternative accommodation the same night. We were refused a refund, despite the room being clearly unfit for occupancy. Expedia has attempted to assist but the hotel is unwilling to engage in any resolution. Do not stay at this hotel. There are serious hygiene concerns, and the lack of accountability from the hotel is alarming.

Great location! Nice hotel!

The hotel was comfortable in a good location. A small rooms definitely small rbut it's cozy. Staff were very friendly and helpful and a lovely cafe right next to the hotel! We would visit again. Anna the receptionist was very friendly.
