Location was excellent, room was small, but decent. Our 'city view' was into a filthy courtyard, so really, no view. Bed was comfortable, and staff was nice. For the price, I'd say it was good value. I'd stay here again for sure.

A lovely hotel central to everything. Room was clean, bed comfortable and staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had a canal view which was extra special to us. Would definitely stay again!

The girl at the front was amazing. She worked 14 hours in a day and she smiled every time we saw her. That being said when I asked to check in early if the room was open, they sent me a form letter saying I must pay an early fee to check in early. It’s a competitive market and most hotels, offer free early check in if the room is available. Most hotels offer at least two bottles of water at no charge on checking in. I also believe the charge a guest a higher rate if they want to stay more days when they booked it a cheaper price online is a mistake. Most hotels carry forward the on the price because this time they don’t have to pay commission. Without the nice girl at the front we probably would’ve left. Give her a raise and get your policies up-to-date. Mr. Canada

Great location to walk from or really good tram connections to the center and other areas However, the hotel itself wasn’t that great - room service entered even when asked not to be disturbed, there was no TV and WiFi very slow

Old, Run down , it needs a lot of improvements, I will not recommend this hotel very small rooms, it needs a lot of maintenance. The AC was not working. The windows are not insulated for noise. The only good thing about this hotel is location. 1/2 star,spend an extra €50 per night and get a nicer place.

Was ideal for a last minute booking, staff went above and beyond to help. The hotel itself isn't the cleanest but for what you pay it was fine. The bed is actually very comfy considering how thin the mattress is. The tv doesn't work but wifi at hotel is good, unless in basement. Free hot drinks in lobby as no kettle in room. But this wasn't an issue. Would stay again.
