Quite area but not in the center, needed to uber everywhere. Room in basement doesn’t have air conditioner. Not the friendliest staff. Other rooms are updated and comfortable.

Nice design but felt a bit soulless. I stayed in the Lloyd before it was a Hoxton and loved it but was disappointed this time. Service was ok. Check-in very friendly, the restaurant was lacking good energy.

We thought this was a lovely hotel. Clean, spacious and very pretty. Our room was huge and felt very luxurious. There was no A/C but I didn't check for that when booking. We also ate at the restaurant, staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was great! When I'm next in Amsterdam I'll be staying here!

Great hotel with excellent tram links to Amsterdam centrum and central railway station. Lovely neighbourhood vibe with cafes, restaurants and shopping right outside. You can also take walks along the river from the front of the hotel. I'd recommend the hotel if you want to visit Amsterdam but not have your hotel right in the tourist mayhem.

Best hotel off the beaten track. Fresh air n close

Loved the rain shower and the view from the windows. Very historical but functional hotel. Need something to eat but don’t want to leave the hotel? No problem, they have a substantial menu! The check-in service was exemplary. Will return to this hotel again when we come back to Amsterdam.

Amazing place. We arrived early and they were nice enough to let us keep our bags in a locked room. They offer free bike rentals too so we were able to explore town while we waited for our room to be ready.

Room worked out perfect for my daughter, myself and two kids. They had bunkbeds in their room and plenty of space. Property had a nice restaurant with a nice bar and a place for the kids to play outback. It was easily accessible to Uber and walking distance With a coffee shop right across the street.

We stayed here for two nights as a family of four and absolutely loved it. The place is clean, quiet, and spacious—more like a suite, with a separate room for the kids, which was perfect for us. It’s conveniently located just 15 minutes by train from Amsterdam Centraal, with easy access to all major attractions. The staff were welcoming and helpful, adding to the overall great experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—it felt like a home away from home.

Nice hotel, a little far from the centre for convenience if you have small children but easy without on a tram. The rooms have no A/C and are too hot without better fans. Food was excellent.

The is property was unbelievable. The rooms were fabulous, the staff was so helpful and kind, the bar was incredible and the breakfast was delicious. Truly recommend! the location was great for getting around, hoping to stay at a Hoxton again soon!
