We booked a Deluxe Twin room and ended up in a tiny long attic room with head to toe cabin beds that you put children into. Not what was advertised on their website. The hotel changed our room the next day after a complaint and we got a complimentary bag of local biscuits as a sorry. After a complaint to their HQ we were told they would refund our first night's stay.

I've stayed here a few times. It's convenient for where I'm visiting but I also like to think it's a nice hotel. The X's everywhere gives me the hotel fromThe Shining kind of vibe, but the service is good and no ghosties. Museum and park across the road. Muiderpoort station a few minutes walk from the hotel. A menu for room service would be good. The TVs are old with no smart functions. Bike hire period extension on the website is not possible.

Staff were all excellent. Room was spacious and clean. Shower has great pressure. About a 30 minute walk from central Amsterdam. Oosterpark is right across the street. Plenty of tram options to get to other areas and an easy trip to and from the airport. It was quite nice to be further out from the central area, evenings and nights are nice and quiet, while still being close enough to go out and enjoy. Overall lovely stay. Will absolutely stay again if we visit the city again!

Best hotel I stayed in Europe period, staff is amazing, it's about 2 miles from the city, the rooms are huge , bed is amazing, very very high ceiling, you won't find a better room for the price anywhere.

The Manor Hotel was a gem! Located a bit outside the ring of the tourist trodden areas, The Manor is located in a charming neighborhood with several fabulous pubs and restaurants. The tram is a block away and for only a few euros will deliver you to everything you would ever want to do in Amsterdam.
