Surrounded by a verdant park with exotic and local trees, numerous flowers and other plantings, Villa Merighi is the perfect retreat for those seeking a unique and relaxing experience.

A stone staircase leads first to the splendid panoramic swimming pool and then to the covered portico that leads to the bright living room. The recently renovated interior is bright, comfortable and well equipped. The large living room and dining room on the main floor offer spectacular windows that open onto one of the most enchanting views of Capri. Adjacent to this area is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. From here there is access to a fantastic covered veranda, ideal for al fresco dining, equipped with a barbecue area and a large pizza oven.

Internal stairs lead to the lower area, where there is a cosy living room with satellite TV and fireplace, as well as two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. An annexe is located in the upper part of the garden and includes a living room, a kitchen area, a bedroom with private bathroom and satellite TV. The second, larger annexe is located a few steps away from the main villa and has a further three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a large, covered, furnished terrace.

Our Opinion

Villa Merighi is a beautiful residence with private garden and swimming pool, situated on the top of a small hill, with a panoramic view over the coast of Marina di Pietrasanta. Equipped with all modern comforts (Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV), it is the ideal accommodation for families or groups of friends who wish to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday, also enjoying the proximity to the sea and the mountains.

The accommodation is spread over three floors, furnished with contemporary furniture and decorated in Art Deco style. It can accommodate up to 12 persons, with six bedrooms and eight bathrooms.

Ground Floor
The ground floor offers a bright living room with fireplace and sofas, which opens onto the garden and a pergola with dining table. A dining room follows, while a beautiful Bechstein upright piano can be admired along the corridor. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, side-by-side refrigerator, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and breakfast table. Guests can also make use of a home theatre room with satellite TV, CD/DVD player and hi-fi system. The rest of the floor is occupied by two bathrooms with showers.

First Floor
The first floor is dedicated to the sleeping area, consisting of six spacious and elegant bedrooms (four doubles and two twins) and six bathrooms with showers (one regular and five en-suite, one with bathtub). The villa offers two fans, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. All rooms are air-conditioned. Pets are allowed on request.
