The room was clean and in good condition. The refrigerator worked so good. The air conditioners were great the room was nice and cool when we checked in. The only thing id say that was a little bothersome was the parking. The spaces are so close together. Its not bigger vehicle friendly in my opinion. Other than that our 2 night stay was super . Its close to the parks. We walked to and from and felt safe doing so.

Clean room, very comfortable beds (super important after 12 hours at Disneyland), helpful staff. I grew up near by and always loved the exterior of the hotel. Pretty much the last kitschy old school looking motel left near Disney. Great price too. If you aren’t springing to stay on property, definitely stay here.

A cute little neighboring hotel that's only a 15-minute walk to Disneyland. The front desk staff and housekeeping were absolutely friendly. I was always greeted by someone every single time I came back from the Disney parks. I loved how accommodating they were when I gave them a call after booking my stay here, as I wasn't going to arrive until midnight, and they understood. I will be booking with Alpine Inn again. Thank you for everything!

Overall our stay was good. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked alright. A bit small and in the middle of the parking lot, but at least they have a pool. The bathroom was small but accessible. We had turn down service every day with fresh towels and linens. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable for us as well. The few times we spoke to staff they were kind and accommodating. I even forgot a pair of cheap sandals and they immediately called upon finding them. I told them they could toss them, but i really appreciated them calling. We have stayed at much nicer hotels in the past and they never called about things left behind. If they weren't fully booked they would've given us an early check in as well. The only downside was 1. No hot tub, and 2. There were unhoused people outside on the sidewalk pretty much every day on our walk to and from Disney. One was screaming and quite aggressive which was a little scary. Otherwise it was a great inexpensive option within a 15 minute walk to and from Disney.

We had a little “emergency “ with a little beloved family member. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful, friendly and accommodating. I was very stressed and they took that stress away to where I didn’t even have to leave the park with my grandchildren to return to the hotel. 10/10 plus they didn’t make me feel bad about the situation. They were very patient which I highly appreciate 💖

It is very affordable for the area with clean rooms and close to entertainment like Disneyland, all within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was with parking as the hotel only allows you to park on the day of check-in but you have to move your car on checkout. Other hotels in the area do not do this. Other than that, it is a good place to stay for the price.

Area has a ton of homeless, no security gaurds wjich most places havw on property. Parking is awful. No lockbox in room and very cheaply upgraded property. Very deceiving from online photos. Also very very noisy. Room cleaners also very inconsiderate and noisy outside rooms. I do not at all recommend thisbplace for anyone who likes to stay at nicer places. It truly was one of our worst stays.

The updated rooms are nice. Parking is included but tight. If you’re a light sleeper, ask for second floor (but no elevators)-the buffalos seem to get up early. You’re right up against cars land at DCA but you don’t hear it. Pool looked nice. Good basic room close to parks and convention center.
