There was not enough parking when we initially arrived so we were unable to park at the hotel. We were there early, well before check in but had specifically called in advance to ask if they allowed parking in the morning before check in if we arrived early and they said yes and did not warn us that parking was limited. It wasn’t until we got a message after it was too late to cancel that we were notified about limited parking and “first come, first serve” for parking. This was frustrating because we then had to pay elsewhere for parking during the day prior to returning to the hotel later.
The room was also underwhelming as the top comforter on the bed was clearly dirty (hair, dirt, debris, etc) though thankfully the actually sheets that we slept in seemed clean. The bathroom smelled very musty/mildewy as well.
Finally, to top it all off, at 2:20am two adults knocked on our door multiple times. We were able to contact the front desk who did come to help and the couple left. This was not the direct fault of the hotel though I’ve never stayed anywhere this has happened so I’m completely shocked and unclear what happened there.
All in all, not a pleasant stay and we will not be returning.
