The room was not clean, they never came to clean it. The keycard was never working for the two nights we stayed so it was annoying to keep on asking for them to open the door every time we needed to go in the room.

There was no curtains in the rooms and the lights outside. The rooms were very bright. It was almost like daylight was coming through. There was only wooden shutters on the windows and they didn’t seal very well so a lot of light came into the room. Also, the key card system was not working so they couldn’t give you a card to your own room. You had to wait for someone from the office to be able to come open your door. We waited anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes just to get let into our room very disappointing to be not offered a discount or some other amenity to make up for it

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was kind and polite. The amenities were excellent. It is about a 7 minute drive to the Anaheim Convention Center and Disneyland. There is a Target, many fine dining restaurants, Orange Premium Outlets near by making it ideal for a travel to Disneyland or the Convention Center. Would definitely recommend staying here and will return to stay here if I travel back to Anaheim.

Inexpensive and i picked it for free parking. Just slept for one night and left but everyone had their own bed. Upgrading to the family suite was worth it. Lots of space and clean. The employee was helping people outside in the morning

Most Claustrophobic room I have ever stayed in. Room is also in need of some maintenance. Rusted metal in the bathroom, soft wall under the Air conditioning unit. But the worst part qas the monstrosity built over the bed, for another twin size bunk.
