Check in and communication was a breeze, the location was 10 mins from Disney! Also the location was perfect as far shopping and eating, we didn’t get to use the pool as the trip was mainly on the go and also the weather. Definitely would book again

The house had plenty of beds for our group. There seemed to be a little congestion in the bathrooms as one was upstairs. Two of the bedrooms required stairs to reach. Overall it was a lovely stay and the house was a great place to rest.

Great for a Family Trip To Disney

This house was for a quick trip to Disney with family and worked great for us. Home was as pictured with plenty of space, beds, and appeared clean and well maintained. "Master" was upstairs and rest of the bedrooms were on the ground floor. If we were going to be home more, would have liked more seating that wasn't dining room chairs, but we weren't there that much. Kitchen seemed like it had the basics, but we didn't cook while there. Plenty of blankets, towels, etc. One bathroom had only one outlet and it was broken so we had to work around that, but that was the only issue we had and it was minor. The neighborhood has older homes but appear well maintained and families could be seen as we came and went; it never felt unsafe. The host was responsive as I was preparing to book, after I booked, and as I had questions. Didn't receive check-in information until the "day of" which was OK since I wasn't traveling far, but if I was flying in or such it would have been nice to have it sooner. The door code worked perfectly upon arrival. Instructions for leaving weren't overly burdensome (compared to some things I've been asked to do upon leaving other properties) - gather the towels, turn off the heat/ac, etc. Would stay again if in the area with several friends/family members for similar type trip.

Horrible,filthy, smelly

Do not book this home! Absolutely horrid smell and filthy, disgusting conditions!! We could not stay in the home and had to leave the property and book a hotel. Numerous spiders, hair all over the ground, booger with hair on it in the bed, countless plug in’s everywhere trying to mask the horrid smell, bathroom vanity falling apart with water damage(mildew/mold), dirty walls, slimy soap all over the shower, rugs full of dirt-ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Multiple people in our party developed headaches after entering the home, owner unwilling to provide refund!!
