Breakfast was excellent. We stay two different times here because of the closeness to the airport. First stay was good second night was terrible. The computers went down at midnight about 10 people were trying to get into there rooms. Once in our room the couch wasn’t made the table was in the middle of the way, towels were still damp along with the sheets and pillows on the floor. Told the night person and all she did was say thanks for letting me know. I paid over $500 for the room and all I got was an ok. We left it better then what we walked into

Coast inn was a great spot for our 3 nights in Anchorage. Front desk staff was always cheerful and quick to take care of any request. Room was spacious, clean and quiet, especially for proximity to the airport and the float plane base. Free airport shuttle is a huge benefit. Food and service at Pipers was also excellent. I would recommend family and friends stay here.

The shuttle service was slow. No elevator in hotel, i had to carry 3 large suitcases up and down the stairs. The shower was fabulous. And the location was perfect.

A poor hotel located behind a multi storey car park. Had to carry to heavy cases up two staircases as there isn’t a lift. Disinterested staff. Party going on until 1.00am in the morning downstairs. In Europe this would be a no star hotel.
