Clean, cozy, welcoming place! Kathryn was a very gracious and accommodating host. She provided to-go breakfasts when we had to leave early one morning, and served a delicious hot breakfast on our other morning there. This property is located in a residential neighborhood, and is very quiet. I can't recommend it enough!

The water in the room we stay in did not work. Couldn’t shower. There was a jacuzzi in room but it didn’t work either and did not have hot water. Beautiful place. Sad that a bad bathroom was their down fall.

I loved the cozy feeling and the property and the rooms. Breakfast was special. Guests sit at a large dining table, chatting together, sharing stories. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Great experience.

Enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very friendly Catherine and Norman. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. Overall a nice stay. The location is a bit far from downtown so would recommend hiring a car.

We stayed here three nights. Lovely couple who run it. They served us an excellent breakfast in the morning A little bit away from Anchorage but worth it. We had a private deck off our room. Beds were really comfortable. Very clean.

Close to the airport and downtown. Owners were very pleasant and accommodating. Also helped with suggestions on dining and things to do. Bed was very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was also quite good. Would highly recommend!

Unbelievably nice bed and breakfast. A lovely couple live in the house and rent out a few rooms. I personally loved the decor which is vintage style / Italian / Roman. Not new and modern so if you don't like an older more ornate decor, this may not be the place for you. We had the junior suite which had a king bed that was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. I totally forgot to ask the owner Kathryn which mattresses they buy because I seriously have to get that from my house! The room was absolutely huge and the amount of storage space was incredible. There was an armoire with a full-length mirror, A dresser with tons of drawers, and another little unit with drawers and shelves. Also a two-seater couch and a desk and chair to work at. The bathroom also was very large had a wonderful bath and everything was extremely clean. The bathroom has a door that leads you outside to a lovely little seating area. Breakfast was at the dining room table which is always set and looks gorgeous. Kathryn had scrambled eggs, potatoes, and either bacon or sausage. Variety of breads that you can toast. Lots of different cereals and nuts and yogurt. Right outside the house they have room for parking for many cars and there's a beautiful fountain with a bench so you can sit and enjoy it. Highly highly recommend this b&b! Important note - Kathryn has bear spray that you can give you so before you buy or rent - reach out to her and ask if she has a can to give you.

Cozy like home

Wonderful cozy place. I arrived late at night and it was easy to get to my room. Breakfast was great and the owners were so friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and I would have loved to stay longer!

Bed was very comfortable. Was very welcoming and helped us plan our activities. Was very clean ,decor is older but met our needs. Breakfast is great. There are stairs to get to rooms so that may not be for everyone. Plenty of parking available.

Location at the end of the Spit is unsurpassed! Not that I would’ve changed my mind, but it would’ve been good to know that there was construction both inside and outside the property at this time. Front staff is wonderful.
