Outside relax in an oversized, furnished garden paradise where you can fire up your gas grill, dine alfresco, take a dip in the hot tub located on the back patio outside the primary bedroom, and take in views of the Inlet, Sleeping Lady, and Mt. Denali on especially clear days.

When you want to get out and explore, this perfect downtown location puts you and your guests within walking distance of neighborhood eateries, fine dining restaurants, unique shops, museums, and access to the Coastal Trail.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is a zero-tolerance policy for extra guests at any time. Violating the maximum occupancy of six people will result in immediate eviction from the premises of all parties. No refunds will be issued.
