The Home:
With 3100 sq ft of living space, 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, Baxter crest can comfortably accommodate larger families and groups. The open-concept design, huge chef’s kitchen, sprawling outdoor deck and patio make this home perfect for entertaining.

The Amenities:
This home is packed with amenities and extras! Have morning coffee around the AMAZING outdoor natural gas fire pit, cook a meal in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen, watch a movie on one of the large screen TVs or relax in the expansive master suite with spa-like bathroom and Jacuzzi tub. We don’t suggest spending much time indoors while visiting Alaska, but if you must, this is the place to be!

The Location:
The home is in an exclusive 7-home cul-de-sac neighborhood that is convenient to everything the city has to offer. We are just minutes from the airport and downtown, yet Alaskan wilderness can be found right outside the doorstep! Guests can walk to Baxter Bog hiking trails, Cheney Lake and the Alaska Botanical Gardens. You are almost guaranteed to see moose hanging around the home!

Great house to use as a base for travels!

My family stayed here for three nights at the end of a 12 day trip to Alaska. The house is beautiful with plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to make our own meals. There was plenty of space for relaxing, and having multiple bathrooms was fantastic for getting ready in the morning! There is a lot to do in the area. Though Alaska is large, there is still plenty to see and do within driving distance of the house! We did some hiking just outside of Anchorage at Eagle River Nature Center and went downtown to do a little shopping and eat dinner. We were supposed to have a bear sightseeing tour out of Anchorage but low clouds and rain prevented our plane from leaving. We made the most of it and were able to plan another day trip instead since we were centrally located! When we left, it was less than a 20 minute drive to the airport.If you have a larger family or kids who just need a little space during a long trip, this is the house for you!

Our Alaska Family Vacation

We are a 2 generation family of 7 with a 2 year old and our stay stay was amazing at this home! It was very spacious and well equipped with everything we needed even for our toddler. The location was convenient to downtown and the airport with about a 15-20 minute easy drive. Troy was was very responsive and kind when we had questions. Overall, we had a great experience and would love to stay there again! We would highly recommend!

Beautiful home

A beautiful home that perfectly met the needs of our family. They thought of all the details which made for a comfortable home base while we toured Alaska. Nice location with all the amenities. We really loved the property , the comfort it gave us and also all the things they provided was very nice and thoughtful. This house was giving all of us very positive vibes. Highly recommended for future stay. Just one suggestion of possible please as couple of twin size bed instead bunk beds.

Wonderful house in Anchorage

We’re a group of 9 and the house suited our needs perfectly. It’s very spacious and open. The house was spotless upon arrival, the beds were all comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The fire pit in the back was a nice bonus. We highly recommend this house for a stay in Anchorage.

Absolutely lovely stay

We were very pleased with our stay here. Dawn gave us a tour at check in which was really nice. Also had the high chair and pack n play for the baby which made things easier. Property was very clean and we wish we had more time to make use of the amenities.

Clean, beautifully equipped, excellent communication with property manager, nice yard, large usable garage, modern appliances, large beds. Special requests were easily and kindly accommodated by the owner and property manager. Unless you want or need to stay near the city center you would be hard pressed to find a better place! Family Vacation

Absolutely wonderful family vacation! The house was ideal for our family with ages ranging from 3 months to 60 plus and lots of ages in between! Beautiful home with many amenities and an amazing fire pit. Ideally located close to airport, town, grocery stores, restaurants and more. Great place for vacation!

We enjoyed our stay - everything was as described & perfect for our family of 7. Dawn was amazing & even called us an hour after we left to let us know we had forgotten a coat. We swing back by & picked it up on it return from Denali and we’re on it way. Convenient location- 45 minutes from activities in Palmer & a bit farther to Whittier. Kitchen/towels well stocked. Wonderful large home for family trip

We came to Anchorage for a wedding and stayed five days. The host was wonderful, accommodating and met with a member of our party at arrival. The home is perfect for a large family and was spotless. Beds were all very comfortable. Everyone in our party loved it. In a quiet cul-de-sac, convenient to everything.

Wonderful home!

This is a beautiful house and staying here made us feel like we were staying with friends. The location is great. Easy to find and being 15 minutes from the airport was a definite plus. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay in Alaska. Our house manager, Dawn, could not have been more helpful. The house was in a great location and it was very well furnished. Sometimes the photos do not truly represent the VRBO listing, but this time they were accurate. We can recommend this property without hesitation.
