Come and enjoy our beautiful mountainside home. Enjoy the peace and views of our little valley tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. We are only 5 minutes away from many hiking, mountain biking, and cross-country ski trails as well as the local downhill ski resort. All this, yet only 21 minutes to the airport, 12 minutes to major grocery stores, 8 minutes to the Alaska Zoo and 23 minutes to downtown! Our home takes great advantage of the location with an expansive deck and lots of large windows. There is in-floor heat, so even on the chilly days you will feel nice and cozy. In your down time enjoy the big screen TV with premium sound system where you can listen to your favorite music or log into your media account and watch a movie. If you want to cook your own meals, you'll love our well stocked kitchen with European appliances and the oversized dining table where everyone can share their adventures. At the end of the day take a nice hot bath in the soaking tub or sit on the deck and enjoy the beautiful night sky and alpenglow on the mountains. Our home is on a dirt road on the mountainside so AWD with snow tires are necessary for the winter months. We love our home and our neighbors, so our place is not appropriate for loud parties, for those who drink to excess, or for smoking/vaping/inhaling anywhere on the property.
