É a quinta vez que fico no hotel e a cada hospedagem vem caindo a qualidade, tanto no atendimento, quanto no serviço de restaurante. Nessa especificamente o café da manhã não foi servido no formato self service, tendo que fazer pedido para a atendente, demorou e não veio na qualidade esperada.
