This beautiful townhouse is located in Andratx and welcomes 6 guests.
The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. On the terrace you will find a 4x1'75m swimming pool with a variable depth between 1.45m and 1.65m. Next to it, there are sun loungers where you can relax in the sun, as well as a porch with a table where you can enjoy unforgettable meals with your companions while admiring the views of the imposing Tramuntana mountain range. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby.

The interior of the two-storey house has been recently refurbished. It is tastefully decorated, combining rustic elements with the most modern equipment, and designed to give you the rest you deserve. The beautiful living room has AC and TV-sat and also has a dining area overlooking the terrace. The induction cooker has everything you need to cook in total comfort. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. When it is time to sleep, there are 3 double bedrooms, all with AC and en-suite bathroom with shower. One of them is on the ground floor, while the other two are accessed via a staircase. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and highchair.

This house is in a very quiet area of Andratx, close to many hiking and cycling trails. You can explore the Tramuntana mountains, its charming villages such as Banyalbufar and Sóller, as well as climb the mountain of La Trapa or the Puig de So Na Vidala. In the village of Andratx you find all services for an independent stay, a supermarket, bars, shops and a petrol station. In a few minutes by car you reach Puerto de Andratx, a coastal village with a luxurious flair. The next sandy beach is 14km away in Peguera and you can also visit the beaches of Sant Elm, Santa Ponsa and Cala Vinyes. The golf course of Andratx is only 6km from the house.

Sehr schönes Anwesen, mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern

Wir - drei ältere Herren - waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Schöne Lage, gute Einrichtung, herrlich viel Platz. Wenn der Vermieter aber vielleicht 50 Euro in ein paar Küchenutensilien investieren, die Betten auch beziehen und für den Müll mehr als nur einen kleinen Eimer bereitstellen würde, dann hätten wir 5 Sterne vergeben,

Très jolie maison manque quelques équipements

Cependant manque des équipements de cuisine dont les bols et sur annonce inscrit table de Ping pong et lave vaisselle non présent et non inscrit sur l’annonce pour la taxe de séjour (60€) pour 4 personnes pour 1 semaine Maison très agréable
