Original rustic style house with a large garden and splendid views of the S'Arracó valley, small village of the Tramuntana mountain range (World Heritage).
The house is divided in two heights. Ground floor, living room with fireplace, a bathroom and a double bedroom, large kitchen with all appliances. The upper floor has two double bedrooms. A double bedroom, en suite bathroom with dressing room, and the second double bedroom with a mezzanine and spacious closet.
The house is fully equipped (Internet wifi, computer, air conditioning cold / hot. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, cleaning products, biodegradable soaps, towels, hair dryer, bedding, TV, DVD, stereo, everything you need for a comfortable stay).
Off road parking for 3 cars.
It is a house focused on environmental sustainability; electricity comes from a renewable energy cooperative, all the water to irrigate the garden is reused, rainwater is collected, soaps and biodegradable cleaning products are used, and there is the possibility of recycling all waste (the municipalities collected daily at the door of the house). The house faces south is located on the ridge of a mountain with unobstructed views of the valley.
Less than 5 minutes walking we reached the center of town. On the main street of traditional facades small streets and roads branch out, by which you can get carried away and discover from spectacular houses of the early nineteenth century, to impressive farms of more than three centuries old, surrounded by their fields of cultivation, of fruit trees, almond trees, olive trees and small cattle. The tour hides details of Arab origin, as some sources of mine, the "marjadas" stone terraces, farming terraces and pools where irrigation water accumulated. Its forests and its pleasant climate will not disappoint them.
The house is located 3 km from the beach of San Telmo with quiet restaurants and coves of solitary rocks the defense tower and the pier where you can take the ferry to the island dragonear, natural park, very quiet. 3 km away Andarax capital of the municipality with all services and supermarkets stores sports hall library etc. And only 5 km from the port of Andarax, famous for its design mansions, restaurants, nightlife, marina, golf courses, spa, horseback riding and in turn for its traditional fishing boats and fresh fish market, and much more.
40 minutes away from the airport of Palma and only 30 minutes from the center of Palma.
REMEMBER THAT MAKING A FIRE WITHOUT PERMISSION A SERIOUS DANGER punishable by law. According to Decree 41/1996 of 28 March, when forest fire danger is declared from 1 May to 15 October. You can publish an order that changes the time of danger.
No barbecues at this time.
