Location, privacy, walking distance to the beach, river and shops make holidaying very easy at this spacious modern townhouse which sleeps 6 to 8. The kitchen has a dishwasher, electric cooking, fridge/freezer and a microwave. Two furnished outdoor deck areas and two indoor living areas with the main living boasting an open fireplace to keep you cosy and the space makes it ideal for two families. The master bedroom and second bedroom have queen beds. The third bedroom has 1 Queen and 1 bunk ideal for children or adults that are happy to bunk it up. The central bathroom has a bath, separate shower, vanity and WC. A second bathroom is combined with the laundry and has a shower, vanity and WC. The main living area has reverse cycle heating/air conditioning and the three bedrooms have electric heating.
