It has a large wooden terrace of 180 m², a pole house with equipped summer kitchen (plancha, barbecue, fridge ...), a heated salt pool 10 x 5, outdoor shower, '' a garden furniture and deckchairs, as well as a 6-person spa.
Covered dining terrace.
For children, there is a hut, a swing, a ping-pong table and a trampoline.
Covering an area of 190 m², the house is located on a quiet fenced plot of 1500 m², in a dead end not overlooked.
