Friendliest, most helpful with accessibility from my baggage pick up. Took me straight to attached hotel Fairmont. Fussed over me. Beautiful room. Large , so safe. Well planned throughout the room. I am on layover to NZ and that meant I needed to get a good long stretch from my last flight yesterday. This was the best. Never say too expensive. Say well worth it
