Everything was perfect on AMI! I just love the Bean Point area of the island for its peace & quiet and exquisite beauty. Rasa was a wonderful host, quickly answering all my questions before our stay and following up to make sure we were happy with the accommodations once we arrived. The duplex was very clean and well-appointed. The location is absolutely prime with just a short walk to the beach. I can't wait to come back again VERY soon.

Our stay was great! The unit was comfortable and clean, we especially appreciated the cart to wheel our stuff to the beach! We also caught amazing sunrise views nearby. We would stay here again. Also, the host was very helpful and easy to get in touch with- thank you!!

Excellent!!

Excellent cozy, awesome, clean, beautiful, peaceful, relaxing stay! Everything we needed was provided. The location of the property was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay!! Also a book of the history of the island was provided I really appreciated that little but nice touch!! The host responded very promptly when contacted and the stay instructions were very thorough.

Peaceful Bean Point condo February 2025

This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island and I hope it won't be our last. The condo we stayed in was amazing. There were only two of us and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. It would easily accommodate 4 people but my sister and I were the lucky ones to have it all to ourselves. You couldn't ask for a more accessorized kitchen including a full sized clothing washer and dryer. The condo was spotless from top to bottom and the property manager was always available by phone and lived right around the corner. We could easily walk to the beach in 5 minutes. We opted to rent a golf cart rather than walk the mile to the free trolley. The neighborhood had no traffic other than local folks coming and going. Peaceful, quiet, safe and SO accommodating. I have dreamed about this condo every night since we've been home and hope I can get back there next winter.

We had a wonderful stay at this cute beach house! We walked to the beach and it’s very close to restaurants. The house had all the needed amenities and was very clean. The hosts were in communication with us throughout the week and very kind. We will be back!

Perfect Paradise

Adorable, impeccably well maintained property with literally everything you could want for your stay on the island. My daughter and I took a girls trip and this home was perfect! There are two roomy bedrooms and two bathrooms, very clean and well stocked. The kitchen has everything you need to make full meals or whip up some cocktails after dinner. Full washer and dryer make clean up after a day at the beach a breeze. The owner was prompt to answer my questions and every need! So awesome! Just a few steps to the beach entrance! Such a wonderful find! Will definitely be back for years to come!
