PARKING: 4 cars* maximum are able to park at this home and the driveway is shared with two other homes. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. The shared driveway may not be blocked at any time for any reason.

*Garage bays are narrow - large/oversize vehicles will not fit. There is one open area to the left of the garage bays to park larger vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.
