Ideally located just outside Gate 3 of the U.S. Naval Academy and only a few blocks from City Dock, this top-floor, three-bedroom apartment offers a central home base for exploring downtown Annapolis, whether you're visiting the Naval Academy or just enjoying all that Annapolis has to offer. Enjoy the comforts of home with a comfortable living room with Roku TV, cook and dine in the lovely kitchen, and use the shared outdoor grill and patio. and enjoy in-unit laundry.
The Space:
The apartment spans two levels and includes three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a full kitchen. Two bedrooms and a full bath are on the main floor, and the third bedroom is on the floor above. Guests should note that stairs are required to access the unit.

Street parking in Downtown Annapolis is paid. If possible, we recommend not driving / renting a car. The street this home is located on is zoned for resident parking only. For weekend guests bringing a car, there is free weekend parking at at Bladen Street garage two blocks away from Friday at 6pm to 6pm Sunday. At other times, we recommend parking at the Hillman Garage which is the largest parking structure in Annapolis, about a half-mile walk. Additional parking info is available on the Visit Annapolis website's "Parking in Downtown Annapolis" page.

Check-In & Identity Verification Policy
All reservations require the primary guest (the booker) to complete a secure online check-in process prior to arrival. This includes:
-Uploading a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID
-Uploading a selfie to confirm identity
-Reviewing and signing our rental agreement
This process is similar to hotel check-in and is required because we do not typically have staff on site. Check-in instructions will only be provided once this process is complete.

In some cases, we may also request a security deposit and/or apply a damage waiver fee in accordance with booking channel policies.

Please ensure your guest count is entered accurately at booking. We will confirm the number of guests after reservation. If the guest count changes, pricing may be adjusted accordingly. For safety and compliance purposes, exterior security cameras are used to verify occupancy. Unreported additional guests may result in additional charges.
Pet Policy
This is a pet-friendly property. While our cleaning team is thorough, guests with severe pet allergies should be aware that dogs, cats, or other animals may have stayed in the space previously.
